okie. i'm FINALLY here to update. haha. i have been too lazy to blog for de past 1 week.
on Monday, i met up with my poly clique after work. itz been quite long since we gathered. chilled out at Starbucks and talked about what our future, about going on holidays, etc. oh, de guys are going to HK at de end of de month!!! argh. many of my friends have already been to HK within these few months. when is my turn... sighs.
watched Ultraviolet with dear on April Fool's day. de movie was not bad, though it was somehow exaggerating. a typical plot adapted from some video game. dere were lotsa special effects to keep you going "wow..." throughout de show. haha. but de super chio and slim-figured Milla Jovovich was de main reason dat made me want to watch de show. from 5th Element to Resident Evil, and to now Ultraviolet, she has never disappointed me with her acting. i simply just love watching her shows. =)
had 2 birthday celebrations for my friends for de past couple of weeks.
celebrated shufen's birthday 2 sundays ago. was supposed to dine at Lemongrass Thai at Heeren. but after much discussion among de girls, they decided to eat at Marche instead. i was de latest to arrive and so i wasn't dere when de decision was made. i suggested to eat at Lemongrass initially. haha. after dinner, we went shopping at The Annex and Taka cuz mag wanted to buy a present for her friend. she took quite some time to narrow down her choices and den finally down to one and only choice. haha.
de following week, i met up with de s05 clique to celebrate calyn's and mingwei's birthday. as their birthdays are merely 3 days away from each other, we decided to combine their celebration, as always. Lols. we had our dinner at Marina Square's LerkThai restaurant since we have not been dere before. it sure was a sumptuous meal. haha. we ordered 7 dishes and 2 desserts. de price was reasonable and de food was great! HOT, SPICY and SOUR. de typical Thai food. *thumbs up* after which, we went to Starbucks to chill out.
last Sunday, dere was supposed to be a surprise birthday celebration for luther. but in de end, our plan had to be cancelled when i checked out dat he wasn't at home. grrr... so much so for a surprise. from what i know, he will usually be at home to accompany his grandma on de weekends. who knows, he had to go out on dat very day. tsk! such a spoiler...
